Position Summary

White Coat Financial Partners is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and cultivate commercial financing opportunities for businesses, with a specialized focus on healthcare providers. This position is ideal for a sales professional who understands commercial finance, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses achieve sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will proactively generate new business, educate clients on financing solutions, and identify cross-selling opportunities across our portfolio of financial and consulting services. This role requires a consultative sales approach combined with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial financing opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, healthcare providers, and strategic referral partners.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments to identify appropriate funding solutions.
  • Present and explain White Coat Financial Partners’ products and services, including:
    • Invoice Factoring
    • Equipment Financing
    • SBA & Commercial Lending Solutions
    • Mergers & Acquisitions Brokerage
    • Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Consulting
  • Cross-sell additional services that enhance client value and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and lending partners to facilitate timely financing solutions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual production goals.
  • Represent White Coat Financial Partners at networking events, trade shows, healthcare conferences, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
  • Stay current on commercial lending products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is REQUIRED.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in financial sales, commercial lending, banking, equipment finance, factoring, business development, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial financing products and business financial statements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
